Once your account has reached Funded Level, you become eligible to request Rewards. The minimum Reward amount is 50 USD.
Specifically for instant funded accounts, the minimum withdrawable Reward is $50 or 2% of the initial balance, whichever is greater
Our Reward cycle is 14 days, and the countdown toward your next available Reward can be viewed directly on your dashboard.
The section labeled “Potential Reward ” reflects the exact amount you will be able to withdraw once you submit a Reward request.
How to Request a Reward
When your 14-day countdown has ended, a Reward button will automatically appear on your dashboard. Clicking this button will direct you to the Reward request form.

Afterwards the request-Reward button will be disabled on your dashboard again until you qualify for your next Reward.
Inside the form, you will be asked to choose how you want to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer). You may select one of the following:

After submitting the form, you will receive a separate email invitation to complete the KYC process using the provider you selected.
You need to wait until you got your Reward-confirmation until you are allowed to start trading in your next level. If you start trading on the next level before that, your challenge account might be terminated and is not eligible for any further Rewards.
