Once you meet the Reward requirements for your account, the Reward/Payout button will become available on your dashboard.
Submit Your Reward Request
Click the Reward/Payout button on your dashboard to begin your request.
You will then be directed to the Reward request form:
After submitting your Reward request, the button will become unavailable again until you qualify for your next Reward under the applicable Reward schedule.
Complete Your KYC Verification
Inside the Reward request form, you will be asked to select the applicable KYC verification option.
The available verification routes include:
Rise KYC
Rise KYC
You can complete your verification through Rise.
Where available, this route allows your Reward to be withdrawn using the supported bank/Wise or crypto payment option.
Veriff KYC
Veriff KYC
You may also complete your identity verification through Veriff.
If an invoice is required for your selected payout route, you will need to provide it as part of the Reward process.
After submitting the Reward form, you will receive a separate email invitation with instructions for completing the KYC process through the provider you selected.
Choose Your Reward Method
Depending on the available payout route, your Reward can be sent using:
Wise / bank transfer, or
Crypto wallet
For crypto Rewards, the funds are sent directly to the crypto wallet details provided during the Reward process.
Make sure all payment and wallet details are correct before submitting your request.
Additional Verification Requirements
All applicable identity verification, payment, invoice, legal, and compliance requirements must be completed before a Reward can be processed.
